Please allow at least 24 hours notice. Note that this request will need to be confirmed by PC-Plus before any dates or times are definite. Please fill in as much information as possible to assist us in scheduling a convenient appointment for you. Our normal appointment times are Monday to Friday, 1:00pm : 4:00pm. Evening appointments are available by request at 7:00pm however may not be available Monday through Friday.
