Malwarebytes is the top rated program for the removal of Malware form your computer system. There are two main steps to using
Malwarebytes, Update Malwarebytes, and Scan with Malwarebytes. Both should be done in order for complete
protection from Malware.

Updating Malwarebytes

Step 1 : On the main window of Malwarebytes click the update tab.

Step 2 : In the update window click the Check for Updates button..

Step 3 : Once the update is finished you will either see the confirmation in this picture stating that your database was
successfully updated in which case you can click Ok and the update is finished or you will see the picture in step 4.

Step 4 : Once the update is finished you might see this message stating that the latest version of Malwarebytes has been
downloaded and will now close Malwarebytes and install the latest version. Click Ok and it will install the new version
automatically and re-open Malwarbytes when it has finished.

Scanning for Malware with Malwarebytes
|
Step 1 : Make sure that you are on the Scanner tab.
|
Step 2 : Select Perform Full Scan to scan the whole computer.
|
|
|
Step 3 : Next click the Scan button.
|
Step 4 : Select the drives to scan, always scan the c: drive as this is the main hard drive where all your data is kept. Next
click the Scan button to begin scanning.

Step 5 : If Malware is not found on your system you will see a message similar to this one. Click Ok on the message and then
you are finished and can exit Malwarebytes.

Step 6 : If Malware is found you will see a message similar to this one. Click Ok on the message and then click Show Results
to begin removal process. |

Step 7 : Make sure that all boxes are checked for removal and then click the Remove Selected button.
|
Step 8 : Once the removal process is complete you will see a log file. You can close this file and move on to step 9.

Step 9 : At this point you will see one of two messages. The message will either tell you that the removal was sucessful in
which case you are finished and can close Malwarebytes or it will look like the one in this picture which states that a
restart is required to complete the removal process. Save any work that you have open and then click ok to restart your
computer. Once Windows has loaded after the restart you are finished.
